new track: Charade 1956 Proposal

Based on Slygue & Klein/Zieli's track. original jams included, also contains new jams. compatible with the old track.
This is the undeveloped long proposal for Charade which runs through some villages. 10 km in length.
Track exceeds gp3 drawing area, and has to be wrapped in 3 places (the fast right hander after the unnamed hairpin after La Belvedere, 2nd part of virage de la ferme and the last corner)
