Massively revised F1 1985 MegaPatch

Hi all

This will certainly be the most work I will ever put into a single megapatch in terms of accuracy and time. The year is special as I attend my first F1 race at Brands Hatch.

DOWNLOAD Revised F1 1985 MegaPatch (2021 Gold Edition)

The old version was not so bad, but this has greatly improved graphics and new performance files carefully made by Michel from Canada. Credit to all others that supplied baseline material I could work with. Major changes include;
- Revision to all cars, helmets and team arts so you can import for each race using GP3 edit.
- Some better versions of tracks, eg Austria. with lots of new Jams.
- Goes dark in Detroit tunnel now
- Multiple driver art set to choose from
- Helmets used on grid screens
- Default is chosen as the mid-way French grand prix and some comprises have to be made, e.g. Strieff stays at Ligier at SA gp;
And more positive changes have been made than I can't think of right now. If you sport improvements let me know. I may do same with 84 and 86.

at 100% of the race distance on some tracks, others (bots) do not have enough fuel

Not sure why that would be. Perhaps Michel can help. Although running out of fuel on certain circuits (e.g. Imola and Montreal) was a real thing that did happen during that year.
