You can configure this by using track parameter and/or car phisics features.
But try to drive more "softly":
1. Don't accelerate too fast in the end of the corners, because the engine power is too strong and makes you spin.
2. Try to brake only when driving in straight. Be sure you reach the ideal speed for each curb BEFORE to turn the wheel. If you turn the wheel while braking hard, so your car will not to change the direction, and you will go to out of the track. Probably to the wall, breaking a wing.
Suggestion: do various small taps in the brakes instead a long push on it.
3. Avoid to make abrupt changes in the wheel. This changes the gravity center and, due the small grip, makes you to loose the control.
4. Be patient. Try, and try, and try again. Even Ayrton Senna needed too many trainning (since the kart) to improve his skills in the rain.
