GP3 Master Problem

GP3 Master Problem

Whenever I try to save any alterations to GP3 I now get the following error in German

Datezufriff verweigert Format %d ungultig oder nicht Kompatibel mit Argument !!!

Then it continues to saving German text but nothing happens

Any Ideas how to resolve this?
