AI Line Updates for v1.13 Tracks?

The AI are a little slow coming out of Eau Rouge and the final corner at Silverstone because their line is too wide. I'm aware of the Belini updates for GP3-2000 but I'm looking for revised AI lines for the original GP3. Plus any other updates that may be available.
If there's nothing out there, are there tools to edit it myself?
