FPS Editor

Did anyone happen to have the utility: "Grand Prix 3 FPS Editor by Matti Laitinen"...

I'm aware it can cause the AI to crash into each other but keen to see how the game looks on higher fps.
Looked all over the net and can't find a working link anywhere!

..this should work. But I warn you, if you´ve ever played GP3 at a high, smooth framerate you´ll never want to go back and drive at 25fps. And, indeed, when you push the fps higher with this tool cars start crashing into each other at the corner-entrances. The higher the fps -> the lower the crashing.
