RELEASED: Megapatch F3000 1989

Hi everyone

I am getting quite close to finishing my megapatch for 1989's F3000 season. It started it in about 2010 but it always fell to the bottom of the list as I had to do it from scratch. Even all the car skins and most of the helmets. I have just got to do the track arts and a few track jams.

Its already looking good. I hope to complete it this month.

Its a great year with tracks like Pau (one of the best ever made for GP3) Enna, Birmingham and Vallalunga.

There are so many drivers that reached F1 including Alesi, Donnelly, Hill, Lehto, Comas, Katayama, Blundell and Bernard and a few less known drivers.

I think you are gonna like it!

Hi everyone

I am delighted to share with you my F3000 1989 megapatch.

Its the megapatch that I have had to take the most time to produce, as I had to start from scratch with the carset (carskins, helmets, art etc).
I had some great tracks to use, thanks to Ettore, Holemad and many others.

I was lucky to have all the rounds on video to take screen shots from. The one job I ran out of time for was the car number positions, I did a few but not all. I might return to this in future.

The Vallalunga track can be a bit unstable, so make frequent saves if you are going to race it. Its best to load another track before this one to help make it more stable. I have included a Jean Alesi helmet to use as a short-cut icon.

I hope you enjoy it. Let me know if you have any ideas for improvements.

Next up ... one of the following, F179, F196, F112 or something else perhaps.

Very cool, Elio.I tried to find some videos of this season but without much success.Any tips?
