I was trying to launch Steven Young's GP3 Edit but it is not compatible with my Win 8.1 64-bit.

Is there any way to run GP3 Edit in Win 8.1 64-bit?

I think you may have realized that there is no way out of this.
I, for example, add a new partition on my hard drive and installed it on Windows XP 32bits, so I can finally, after several years, play GP3 again on my computer.

I think this is the best solution, at least in my case it was.

Please try to download from the download section, unzip the file and just copy the folder where you want. Then open the editor and it might work on win8 (perhaps in compability with XP service pack 3)......works for me on win7, 64bit...
