Change camera angle

Does anybody know how to change the cockpit camera in season 2001-2015 in GP3 universe mod?? I would like to be like the original cockpit camera of GP3

cameras can be edited with "GP3-Careditor", but I'm not sure if this is possible with cockpit-cam

the years 1996-2010 where done by belini - I didn't change anything. All I found out is that the cockpit-cam-settings in his "moddings" are stored in the exe-file (together with the carshapes). the years 2011-2015 where done by me. For all seasons I did I used the original game-exe and didn't change any cockpit-cam, only t-cam and the others around the car. reason: I didn't find out how to change the cockpit-cam...and that's why I can give you no davice in this case -sorry
