I'm afraid, I have not face such a request yet )
I supposed it'd be enough for the game_ never thought about higher resolution
maybe it is possible, I don't know_ I saw the higher resolution helmets but never the carskins

Last week there came a shark carshape by Pippozo -
I didn't want to make the skins for the shark fin cars 'cause it would be the picture problems with rather great distortions -
but can't keep it undone, so the FINal chord of 2017 season, just to the end )

i downloaded the helmet pack above but found that sainz helmet missing

You probably want the new sainz helmet on the renault, but I have not done it yet, I'll prepare it for 2018.
