Speed Trap in trackedit

Who can tell me which command is used for "Speed Trap" (see below)?
It's always located before the first corner which is not always the fastest part of the track, like in Monaco
I would like to move it but impossible for me to identify it...

I asked SDI many many many times and I never got a reply. So it has to be hard coded
