Backmarkers and extras

Over a long time I have tried to collect all teams for every f1 year 1980-present. With loads of help from others on this site I got 99% of the way there. To fill in the gaps I created the last few I needed. some are better than others but I thought they would be worth sharing. I didn't think anyone would be that interested but after seeing my dome car being used and shown in the screenshots post here I thought I could share the others I have done. I'm not sure the best way of doing this, if people want I can post complete sets of years in downloads section, but not sure if this is fair as like only 1% is my work and I do not know the original creators of some of the cars.

Anyway here are some of my creations, go easy on them!

1982 ensign - very grainy old attempt


1983 lotus Renault - minor alteration by me


1983 McLaren tag - minor alteration again


1983 osella ford - alteration of a basic 1983 osella


1983 Williams Honda - very minor alteration by me


1984 arrows ford - another minor alteration


1984 spirit ford - basic but quite nice

these are my early 1980's cars. I'll post my later 1980's and my unraced cars also soon.

Thanks for the interest, I haven't collected them all together on my computer yet but will see if I can and send them all. I'm still working on my unraced cars collection but have done 16 so far.

1985 minardi ford - I didn't change much on this one


1985 spirit - a bit grainy but ok


1985 lola hart - another minor alteration


1986 osella - A fairly nice car I think I did virtually from scratch


1986 zakspeed - another very minor alteration


1989 first - wasn't sure whether to put this with the unraced cars im doing or with these 80's ones. This is from the non championship race held that year. They never made an official f1 start.

Thanks for the feedback, i'm carrying on with my unraced cars, then maybe i'll look at filling in some of the 1970's blanks!

Yeah go for it, it'll be great to see them. I couldn't have collected so many cars without other great guys willing to post on this site.

Any car editors out there?

It would be great to have a 1984 carshape that takes the large wing shown above but uses a regular 1985 front of the car without the pinched nose that ruins the logos from the skin. Anyone up to to this I can explain in more detail what I mean.
