How can I make the Resolution higher on GP3? Is it possible to support a 1920x1080 monitor?

On GP4 there's the F1 Graphics file to change resolutions, is there such thing on GP3? I haven't played the game in a long while and I'm looking to get back into it.

i have the same question......is there no F1 graphics file available in gp3? i would like to change the resolution in for example 1600 x 1200 or 1600 x 900

gconfig???? but no widescreen resolutions i guess

I am going to sound like an idiot but you can go into gp3, go to options, graphics and choose the pixel density under your graphics card settings.

Works fine wide screen for me

i know ..1280 x 1024 but is a higher resolution possible?

search "gconfig.txt" in your gamedir and edit resolution-values.

yes i have it but it says ;gp3 generated file - do not edit

..no problem if you make a backup and just change the resolution-values.

I don´t run, but would try something like:
