Damage Setting Question

Hey folks,

I am trying to increase the number of damage in Grand Prix 3 (like 200% in GP4Tw). It is easy to do on GP4 with GP4Tweaker,
But I have no idea what the hell is the best program to do so and how to create maximum damge.

What is the best tool to edit the settings?

There is a damage editor tool in GP3Edit
I'm no expert but from my experience increasing every number (except the bounce) to 400% is a good starting point
