Well people seems we have a really nice fan that loves to
spoil the fun for the rest.
This person hacked my friends forum, rapidshare premium account, msn
and other private things yesterday again for the 3rd or 4th time already.
Same person that flamed me on the net and same person that flamed and
hacked a well known person in the sim racing games leagues.
Also the same person that hacked Racing Generation forum about 1 month ago.

This person im talking about is an ex member of this forum.

I know your going to read this even though your banned from here.

Depending on your countries laws, you might be able to report him to the police I think. That should serve him right :P

Or you could just tell us where he lives, and we'll pass the case onto our resident angry Scotsman.

Either way, give us a bit of a hint. ;)

Thinking about the things that have happened in the GP4 forum a while back, I think he lives in Belgium ;)

At least OUR country's laws are suited to hunt that bastard down and put him behind bars.;)

Be careful about throwing blame around in public. I can easily see who it is you are accusing. If you don't have proof, you can easily be the party, that is slapped around in a court of law for libel, and it would be justly so too.

Yes i understand, but i have proof. We saw several people the IP numbers
and clearly matched of the person that im talking about here.
I say this because i saw the IP numbers when he registered at Racing Generation
forum and i can see this an admin.

Im very annoyed with this person.

Yeah... As a moderator here, I also once nailed someone on pranks by matching IP numbers... I was mighty cocky and slapped the offenders in public. It turned out that I was wrong.

AOL uses an intra-internet and routes traffic through a few select IP numbers. Thus you can have different users with the same IP number on the same site within seconds of each other. Also, you can have fluke cases with dynamic IP subscriptions.

If I were in your shoes, I'd do a WHOIS on the IP and check it is not AOL before you get cocky... and even then, if it is not, you can still have a fluke with dynamic IPs. Only the offender himself and his internet provider can know for sure.

How about contacting this person internet company?
Will that work? or my friends and me have to keep our hands tight
and take the abuse.

Maybe... A lot of internet providers don't want to hand out information when it comes to file-sharing, so I don't know if they would help you now. They certainly have records of who used what IP when, and who visited what sites. They have to store that for at least 1 year under most of the European anti-terror laws. It is hard to see how it could hurt you to contact them.

Also, in most western countries, the police have cyber-crime departments. You might want to get in touch with them too. That probably would not hurt you either. It is the public defamation that is the problem for you. Even if you have guessed correctly, then you are still open to a libel charge, as long as there has been no conviction. Remember, in law people are innocent until proven guilty.

The person we are talking about deleted around 100 Gp4 files that were
in a rapidshare premium account, sent lots of disturbing messages using my friends email account and msn.
As for me he has flamed me in about 6 Gp4 forums, 4 - 6 websites and one of
them was wikepedia. Same person tried to even make me look like i did a hacking
in one of times but the person we are talking about maid an error because at the same time he was hacking i was talking to the owner of the site (in msn) then this person realized that i wasnt and figured out who he was when we exchanged information.

Its incredible what a person would do in so much anger and hate.

I had to contact Wikipeadia Commons admin to get an offensive post removed. Wether it was by the same person cannot be ascertained as too much time had passed and the ip's had already been purged. They were very helpful and took it down immediately.
This person is also suspected of vandalizing the main GP4 Wiki page, which is now on my watch list for edits. So, the whole thing is totally over the top, like seriously, what is that all about anyway? Is there really such a need to take it all on board like he has and resort to such behaviour. Appears to be a bit on the unstable side to carry on in such a fashion, but then I'm no expert. I just know it's out of order. Whoever it is, it's time to let it go and just move on. It upset me to have to remove people from here because of what was happening, it was not good for the site, and after so many complaints from users and the fact that this guy continued with his all out vendetta after repeated warnings to cease and desist, regretfully I had to act. I don't like banning people, never have and never will.
I just wish that if it is the same guy, perhaps he should be taking a look at himself, and consider karma, I've always believed you get back what you give out in this world.
