I hope you realize that no one in Italy - and especially not in Bologna - eats "bolognese" with spaghetti. These are much too thin to really cope with the rather thick ragù. Usually tagliatelle or penne are the first choice - and of course ragù alla bologenseas part of the famous lasagne al forno.

You are incorrect unfortunately Vader. I know that Marco Pazzitoni (via Donato Creti 2, 40128 Bologna) ate "bolognese with spaghetti" yesterday at 9pm with his wife Paola and his first-born child Luciano. Apparently it was "delicious".

Phone him on (0039)051 232807‎ for more info on the thickness of his ragu

I phoned his wife and she told me your dick has the circumfence and hardness of a cooked spaghetti, unfortunately only the length of a penne rigata.

But joke aside - I guess Marco Pazitoni actually is an Al-Qaeda sleeper who just moved to Western Europe to attack our culture from within. Eating bolognese with spaghetti is a an unspeakable act of terrorism and requires more TWAT (the war on terror).

Eh? I'm not Italian, who cares what they do?

Hmm suspiciously she must have mis-pronounced 'rigate' and labelled it 'rigata' (presuming that your transcription is totally accurate and uninfluenced by your own vast blowhole of knowledge) - the sure sign that she is not actually Italian but instead a filthy terrorist. Thought as much. Apologies for dragging you into this abominable situation, Vader. So you are right, no-one else in Bologna who is from Bologna, eats Spaghetti Bolognese.

Who cares? ;)

Everyone knows that million-to-one chances happen 9 times out of 10; indeed, it's a common requirement in fairy tales. If the human didn't have to overcome huge odds, what would be the point? Terry Pratchett - The Science Of Discworld
