I wish they would do something like this now, although im sure i read somewhere that liuzzi is pretty much untouchable on karts.

He's a world kart champion, the title Senna went for 8 times (even whilst in F1 I believe?) yet still couldn't get it.

I think based on Massa's events in the past, as ever the maestro will be the one untouchable, along with Rubens!

But yeah, something like this at the end of the season with all the drivers would be amazing!! It's such a shame it will never happen like this, but Massa's event is awesome too and not restricted to F1 drivers :D!

Liuzzi will be at Massa's kart event this year it looks like, so it'll be interesting to see how he goes.

He's also got Sutil, Alguersuari, Barrichello, Maldonado, Senna, Di Grassi, Bianchi and Burti of F1 drivers, so quite a good line-up!

Senna would have won I think in 79 if the rules had remained the same, something about overall position but since the rules had changed that year he didn't qualify for the final.

I dont quite remember any of that. I knew he attempted it more than a few times.
A shame he never did win because the impression I have got from what I saw/the books I read was that it was something Senna wanted as much as an F1 championship.

Still, winning the world karting championship for Luizzi is what made him the over-rated driver he ended up being IMO.

Well the rules didn't change during the championship, it was just unfortunate timing.
