Nice to see a fellow pad user!

Here is the controller setup I use with my 360 controller (wireless):

[onedrive.live.com]

This uses left stick for throttle/brake, right stick for steering, L/R buttons for gears.

Two things to note:

1) I've not been able to get GP4 to recognise the triggers properly; whatever I mapped to right trigger was on all the time.

2) Driving in GP4 with a pad is nowhere near as easy as it is in the Codemasters games which they design for consoles; But once you work out what you can and can't do with a pad, it's not too bad.

Well, I think this makes it official; Stefano is clearly the embodiment of some sort of divine entity.

Awesome work (Y)

Understood :)
I think tomorrow is a good day to look into it and see what i can get.

Is the Mercedes much quicker than the Williams?
I want to look how a guy from the first four places had to fight ;)
So williams, no steeringhelp, no TC!

But this is only a 3 lap race right?

@flying and @AUS_Doug

thank you, but depends on the track, in suzuka it's not very hard like might seem because there are only two corners in first gear, the real difficult point it's just the last corner because it's not straight

Set verbosity to high and post a new crashlog, this is not enough info with verbosity set to low (unless SDI comes aroound to help)

Ok thanks Eric

I seem ok the rest of the day & may have been a fluke that it happened 2 or 3 times
but not since...Thanks

edit....I also just noticed my Laptop Competition install is the only one I am using GPxPatch 4.24a
My CSM & other installs all are using the 4.23

Just replace the files in the Data\Tyres folder, it should be fairly obvious what goes where.

I am not getting under 4:50 on Suzuka

going the wrong way & brakes seem too hot :-)

Well done to stefano, back-to-back wins puts him a massive 8 points clear at the top, second podium for me, and Javi goes level with supermonty in the points after taking 3rd place.

Some great overtaking in there from everyone, that was fun to watch. Well done everyone who submitted! (Y)

Now for the next event - you're going to like this.... ;)
