Before you're able to edit those in car, you have to have enabled the 'level 2' options on the Advanced page I think.

@flying - you just need to select "level 2" in the car setup menu - advanced page

@Cosmic - you need to use a torrent program to download the mod.

@Tom: There was a notice that said, I should use less than 40 FPS. Why that? My PC set the FPS to 60. Shall i reduce it??

Hi Lutz

I believe that rule was started so all can view replays
Some folks PC cannot do the higher FPS

I also usually run at full FPS/60
But on the laptop model have it set to 39 for the competitions
Also remember to set replay length to full which is 1 hour:30 min

Yes thanks & I think I was just mistaken about being able to do it in car/pit before
with the \ & ] keys
As I tried an old version & I couldn't either

Well I was right about the lap record being broken - 1:18.616 - pleased with that (so far)! Let's see how low it goes...

just tried to set the replay length to 1h 30min...but the game allows only a maximum of 1min ?!?!?!?!

What can I do??

Are all tracks in this GP4 Laptopedition combined with your 2014 Magic Data ??
Even if they are Tracks from the original game...

Have you set GP4.exe to compatibility mode = XP SP3?

By the way Tom, on your website you write, new tracks have been added to the section.
Guess you mean tracks, which can be put in GPxTrack. Which ones were added?

I'm looking for tracks that can be put via GPxTrack to put them in your Laptop-Edition.
This works fine and the Physics are great! Combined with your 2014 Magic Data it should be great!

I'm fairly sure every track I've uploaded to Central so far is compatible with GPxTrack (because it's my own preferred method of loading tracks...). So try any of them, if you have problems just let me know.

Uh oh - here comes Supermonty!!!

Also really nice to see the new HOFxLap v3.15 feature I requested from René is getting put into action already; the white lines really are the edge of the track now, which is exactly what we wanted. These 2 laps were not allowed into the competition thanks to this new feature. Thanks René!! Keep trying boys!

Ah I was wondering where I'd gone wrong on that one; A shame too, as I thought that lap was pretty OK.........until that point at least!

I love this updated physics as well, with it being more important to have wing values closer together.

And that lite HUD is really cool.

I'll test it on Monday right before the 1st round Closes...

Anything Special I Need to know about this wheel ( GT Force ) ?
