I found it... at least I hope so... the bug comes from INCORRECTLY POSITIONED PITLANE SECTOR 0. Yes, I did a
tutorial about it months ago. I'll kill myself for not reading what I wrote!
Basically, this is what must be done to correct this in tracks which already have a complete pitlane:
1. Go to the track sector that has the "Connect Pit Lane Start" flag.
2. Check in the "F0 Sector Orientation" command, for the "Direction" field.
3. Copy that value in the "Direction" field of the F0 command from Pitlane Sector zero.
4. Action Menu -> Fix cc-cars behavior.
5. Save .dat.
This fixes the shaking st-wheels and the stuck cars. Doesn't change anything outside the pit walls. "Direction2" is just a finetune of "Direction", so it doesn't have much influence and therefore doesn't need to be copied.
