No Luck...re-downloaded but get this error shortly into install of part 1

I did just download it for the 3rd time & got a different error although also related to tires.
No problem I am not in a rush & will check back at a later date to retry if I see others
have a problem. You never know could just be me/my system

I don't know if i'm dumb, or probably a readme could be helpful about the new 0.96 release.
Each time i load the mod, i got the 2001 cars (with 1996 random helmets) and there's no trace of "car" folder with releative files in "GPSaves/Carset/f1 1996" folder. It seems i miss (or the mod) something....
Shame cause even the physis has been improoved.

seems that something went wrong when you installed part 2, as that's the one with the Cars folder. Did you have the older version installed as well? Did you get a message that you have a mod installed with the same ID after you installed part1?

And now any mod use - it still 1996.
At first start of mod Ferrari had green wheels (Forti's) and Williams - blue (Arrows). After 1st start CSM shows me an error message
