the car ini is updated, it works perfect for me. I have all different liveries and shapes for the related tracks. The ini looks only a little bit shortened, but it will works :).

@Kerley, i've noticed, that the loadingscreen for Magny Cours is wrong. There's the Jordan for Montreal on the looadingscreen for the track ;)

The 1996.ini is correct this way. A short explanation:
This part of the code says which directories are added
[Config]
Dir4	=Car\%cardefault%,Car\(cartrack%tracknum%),Car\%trackname%,%cartexres%,%cartexres%\%texdefault%,%cartexres%\(textrack%tracknum%),%cartexres%\%trackname%

All in all 7 directories, 3 for shapes and 4 for textures. Let's say you select GP of Hockenheim (=>tracknum=11, trackname=Hockenheim) in the Mod's configurables. car/texdefault is set to Interlagos in the Vars of the 1996.ini, so first the files in Car/Hi\Interlagos will be added. car/textrack11 isn't defined in the Vars, so nothing will be added. Last the files in Car/Hi\Hockenheim will be added, overwriting existing files, i.e. the ones from Car/Hi\Interlagos.

Hope this clears things up a bit, explanation should be correct this way.

Jürgen, do you made some new loading screen for this track? If yes you can send to me? If no I can make it.


Another thing to get clear with our partners in this mod: who is mapping Footwork and who is mapping Ligier? You guys can post here? I ask this only to avoid double work in same car. :-)

I said I would map Ligier. Which is what I'm doing. ;-)

what about the fixes for the Jordan wheel colours a.s.o. Kerley?
Hi Jürgen, sorry for delay in the answer. I update the Jordan wheel colour with same colour from Ferrari wheels like Rot Teufel suggests.

I made more little updates, but I thinks it's better to release a new update when the last 2 cars will be done.

ok Kerley, then i think it will take a little bit longer. Would be interesting to know, if Celio is still involved in the mod
Jürgen, unfortunately Celio have a lot problems in his personal life. In the last email I received from him, 2-3 months ago, he had vented some things. I think he needs some time to resolve this. But I also think that one day (not sure when) he will return to the GP4.
