CSM can't find the mod file

Before I released the MOD , I tried to install it and the CSM found the MOD

I am on Install Carset, the file is in the folder the CSM is searching in, but its not showing up

Apologize but I can't help you , I just clicked on the CSM.exe and the CSM started the MOD as usually it does .
I had the MOD saved on my computer and just upload it , maybe Lee or someone else may help you .
