No, I use the old-fashion way : I record all screenshots by continuously pressing F11 and then I use VideoMach to compile the video. I record sound and sync afterwards The smoothness comes from my ingame framrate, which is 30 fps. And maybe a little from Sony Vegas that adds a little motion blur to the video
