GP4 freezes - need help

GP4 freezes - need help

I have had a weird problem since I have formatted my laptop . After the CSM loads the game properly ( any MOD ) , I press any key and the game freezes but it doesn't crash , coming back to the desktop .
Please any help is most welcome .
