Grand Prix 4 Wont Start

Good afternoon all, I was wondering if someone could have a look at the gpxload file below and help me figure out why gp4 wont start. I have multiple non-csm mods on my hd and have never had a problem with running gp4. The problems stated a couple of days ago when I received a message stating "Windows has detected an IP address conflict". I then restarted my laptop and thats when the real problems started. My anti virus AVG went into detection mode so I let it run. It basically froze up my laptop. I had to restart the laptop, I then uninstalled AVG and installed Avast. Grand Prix 4 started last night but was running slow. Today when I tried to start gp4, it wont start. It seems that this is related to Gpxpatch as gpxpatch closes and leaves gp4.exe running although when you click on it, it crashes. Any help would be appreciated. You copied your whole GP4 folder in a different folder depending on the season ?

Yes, i have multiple seasons, 2001, 2008,2010....2015.

Just tried the other game on my pc and it wont start as well. Exact same issue.

@ Lo2k, got any ideas on how to fix?

I finally got gp4 to run. Thanks for directing me to what the problem was. I am not sure what happened to my windows 7 install, what I did was upgrade to windows 10 which went smoothly. Tried running gp4, same problem existed. I think the new video card drivers were still in a beta stage as I had a PO of over 150 constantly. What I did was to roll back the drivers and everything is working fine again.
