Question on Tweaker

Hello guys,I was thinking to play gp4 with the speed limiter function on so to make it a bit more realistic,so i have to turn on or off the speed limiter my self when entring and when leaving the pit lane,i have choose the key L to turn on and off the speed limiter and in practice everything it's working fine,but then when i start the race i'm stuck at the pit speed.I've tried to press the L key but nothing happen any suggestion to how can i fix this issue please?
