Template to create realistic track advertising?

Hi guys, as the title states, i'm looking for a template to create realistic track advertising (ie: rippled ads, ads for fences etc.) I've seen a few textures which have these detailed features. Just wondering if there is a template? Thanks in advance for any help.

A lot of textures these days are created simply using HD photos.
