F1 Manager Revised (Underway!)

Hello there reader! I made a post not long ago about an F1 manager and it was completely irreverent to GP4 in anyway and was also quite disrespectful towards another user who had created an F1 Manager before me.
This is a revised version fit to work with GP4.
This will be updated every 2-3 Days.
This event will start when everything is in place.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
The bidding and engine system is messed up. I`m currently working on cleaning up the series. I have a new bidding system in place. Teams who develop their own engines either have to spend money developing their own, have a manufactorer develop theirs and pay 500K to keep the original name rather than e.g Toyota-Ferrari
I have made a few things up as I went along, but that was only the bidding and the free engine rubbish.

Manager`s so far!

Reserved Managers:
These managers don`t want to be in the game yet.

Remember there are other roles if you don`t get the top job :)

Updates
01/04/16
Added New Drivers :)
History mode has been updated.

Roles
There are many roles such as:
Manager
Assistant Manger
Car Designer (WIP)
Test Driver (WIP)

The Teams!
These teams are from the 2006 season. When a new season starts, the cars will have changed to a 2007 based design. Teams like MF1 may not go bankrupt and instead may remain when I figure out a way to design a custom game. But for now we are sticking to the normal 2006 season. As the seasons go by, new drivers will be introduced and teams may be renamed or taken over. Renamed teams have to be based around a REAL F1 team that may no longer exsist or may exsist in the future E.G Audi Racing or Minardi.
The results will be calculated IN GP4 Itself. I will simulate the race.

Here are the teams:
1: Ferrari
Manger: Jawz

2: McLaren

Drivers, Parts and Budgets
Teams are on a budget, so this restricts many key features of the game e.g engine cost and driver cost.
I will list the budgets below:

Ferrari: 55M
McLaren: 52M
Honda: 50M
BMW Sauber: 48M
Renault: 45M
Toyota: 42M
Williams: 38M
Red Bull: 35M
MF1: 32M
Toro Rosso: 30M
Super Aguri: 28M

Any driver can be sold, moved to test driver or replaced for a small amount of races.
Drivers are picked from seasons 2006-2007
Although you may pick the cheapest drivers and most expensive parts, the drivers have less experience in a powerful vehicle and may undepreform for half of the season.

Bidding System:
After the complete fail I have a new bidding system!
Here is the step by step tutorial.
1. Select a 1st, 2nd and a 3rd driver.
2. PM me a price.
3. Your bid will be put on an excel spreadsheet.
4. If someone else is bidding for the same driver, you can either offer me more or you will be rejected. I will put the bid winner in the comments.
If you have any improvements please suggest.

The Driver`s:
If there are any remaining drivers after everyone has a 1st, 2nd and 3rd driver. You can have a 4th driver (2nd test driver).
SOME Drivers have been made more affordable. The Bid Dedline is sunday the 1st of may. Inactive managers will have to accept what remains. It`s not fair if the active managers want to bid.

Raikkonen: 15M
Montoya: 12M
Fisichella: 12M
Massa: 12M
De La Rosa: 8M
R.Schumacher: 12M

Piquet JR: 4.5M

Engines:
Each team has to either
1. Pick and develop their own engine.
2. Develop an engine with another team.
There is a 500K fee if you want the other developers name to be removed from the team name.

Types:
Top= Best engine, costs a lot more.
Medium= Decent, not very expenisve.
Low= Not as good as the top, cheaper and less reliable
Some developers only have a few types or one type.

10-15M: Will get you a `very good` engine.
5.5-10M: Will get you a `decent` engine.
5.5 or below: Will get you a `less` powerful engine.

Ferrari Top: 15M

Races and Points

The point system will adapt when we reach 2010 or if there are enough requests.
The Races are the same as the 2006 season. The venue may change.

Points:
1st: 10

6th: 3
7th: 2
8th: 1

Races:

4: Spain
5: Monaco
6: Canada
7: USA
8: France
9: Britain
10: Europe
11: Hungary
12: Turkey
13: Italy
14: Belgium
15: Japan
16: China
17: Brazil

History Mode (WIP)
This will start at the 1991 season. This is a WIP and won`t be ready for a few weeks yet. It will start mid-season and will feature a mix of new cars and drivers. It`s going to be a mix-up F1 event :)
This was suggested by Casssp.

Driver Experience (WIP)
This will improve as a driver races more and upgrades to a better team.
E.g Albers starts off with 20% and boosts up to 60%. This will indicate the driver is getting podiums and point scoring finishes. Bigger teams want drivers with more experience.
0-15%: Not very experienced. None or very few point finishes. They will most likely be given second driver at Super Aguri. They`ll be given a test driver seat at any other team.
15-25%: Not too bad. Has a few point finishes. Still needs to improve. Teams Toro Rosso, Super Aguri and MF1 will consider giving them a drive.
25-45%: Decent, sometimes finishes in the points. Generally does well. Teams like Williams and Red Bull will consider giving them a drive.
45-60%: Good, mostly finishes in the points. Always improves. Teams like BMW Sauber, Toyota and Renault will give you a drive.
60-80% Very Good, finsihes in the points 80% of the time and perform well. Teams like Ferrari, McLaren and Honda will consider giving you a drive.
80-100% Legendery. Any team will give you a drive as the 1st driver.
Driver and Manger happiness (WIP)
Overview: The driver or manager may want to leave the team at the end of the season and find another job or role. This has not yet been added and will be eventually placed in the game :)

Bonus Money
Every point scoring race will have a small bonus to add to your bank account. If two drivers finish 6th and 8th, you`ll earn £350.
1st: £1,000
2nd: £900
3rd: £750
4th: £550
5th: £500
6th: £250
7th: £150
8th: £100

Feedback

Please comment what I should improve on. It can be apart of your application or request.

Is this not the same sort of thing that is already in place with the other F1 manager or am I getting confused?

I want to apply for a Manager role. :-)

Question:
How much budget does a Manager have to build his team?

Cool, I want to be a manager too! :-)

Feedback:
You could try to do an history mode, maybe from 1991 to 2015, just changing the drivers from every season.

Tracks schedule and Teams, maybe fixed and only engine change (every season or contract for 3 years, engines for respective year or everything) and reability changes, for example.

Points must make $

The FIRST person who puts there name down to buy a driver will have the driver, it`s simple. (disagree, because all us have a lot to do in real life, so, no way to be at the forum all the time. Must find another way to buy the driver)

This will be updated every 1-2 weeks, so I may do 3 races one week and none the other. (disagree, must be regular in my opinion)

Anyway, I´m in.

So let me understand well.
We are sorted as managers with a randomizer and we are assign to a team with a certain budget.
Thats the budget we have to buy drivers and engines.
