I've got something I might need your guys help with. I could test it out myself too but maybe of you guys here know it.
So what is the appr. difference in laptime when you up the driver skill by a 100. So e.g. from 16000 to 16100, what appr change in laptime does that bring?
Same question for HP's. Let's say when I up the HP's by about 10 e.g. from 780 to 790, what difference in laptime does that bring?

Thanks in advance

Where is the problem to check it out yourself???

Of course the exact values depend on the track characteristic (slow, high-speed) and track length (Spa vs. A1-Ring). General rule:
+100 driver skill bring about 0.3 sec.
+10HP bring about 0.1 sec.

woah I'd definetly have expected that BHP gave more speed :O

which reminded me of something.
I think this is also dependant on how much you have, so say laptime variation between bhp 680 & 685 is bigger than bhp 830 & 835, so a policy of "the more you have the less you need it".
that is what I remember from experience
