Just vanilla GP4? To do that, just load GPxPatch instead of CSM and it should load the original GP4 so long as the files haven't been changed (CSM automatically changes the required files so that the mod being loaded can play properly).

If you have several mods installed then it would be wise to keep an untouched backup copy of the game. If you want to play it without the mods, simply play your backup version instead.
