It fixes the team power settings from performance files.

Just that I was so excited to start a 200 lap race and, before the end of the first lap, nearly 1/4 of the field has crashed out :-)

With the latest GPxPatch only the first 3 tyre brands are used ingame, teams running Michelin and/or Pirelli are now using Goodyear tyres.

I found the problem and I'm working on a fix. A workaround is to give the last team the highest brand (4).
