Singapore 2015?
Well, the 2015 event is scheduled on the18th - 20th of September... so you are a bit in advance.
The most recent version should be available at GP4 Forever (2013). I don't remember to have seen a 2014 version but check, I could be wrong.

PS: do not write in Bold!!

Im one the authors of the 2013 version. I already started the 2014 version that is due at the end of next week.

Singaore 2015 will be a problem because it will need a masive modificacion of the track
because FIA aproved the new turns 11, 12 and 13.

Well it will require rebuilding 1/2 .dat again and whats worst is follow the 3D that was already made
for the .dat, i mean for hight, width, elevations, banks, verges, angle of curvs etc etc etc. its a pain in the ass.
For sure ill give it a go at it, but lets see.(Y)

first you gotta adjust the track layout. I am not sure if you can just move the existing track sectors for the new layout but if you can't, you gotta re-build the track layout from that point to the end all over again.
you also gotta adjust the cc-line from that point onwards. I never figured out how to do cc-lines but I am around 90% sure it has to be done.
TV cameras too but that isn't too hard
and also, the 3D objects that don't just have to be retextured like for a track update (well if you didn't make the track, either ask for permissions or you gotta remodel it anyway), but completely remodelled for that part of the track, and I believe that part of the track only.

when you take all this into account, you get it's more work than usual, and it's not like track making is easy even without all that.

and even if it's a pain in the ass like Jorge said, i even more appreciate his work and if the track is finished one day, it will be another great masterpiece. That's for sure :)(Y)

Jurgen for sure i will give it a go at it. I already had a word with Davide.
I will do the new layout and try to finish the rest of the .dat.
I asked Davide to supervise the .dat and maybe another person will help.
Its very tricky to follow the path of already built 3d.
Gildoorf always told me to put as much time as you can into the .dat because
its the key to a great track.

Kind regards
Jorge.

sounds very good, but on the other hand i know it's a lot of work to do and i wish you from the bottom of my heart, that you don't have much stress with the track. And take your time my friend :)

Main issue now is the fact one can't find an accurate plan of layout changes which includes new kerbs, tarmac width and wall gaps for stewards...

Gildoorf, actually i have a very close idea what it looks like. Have a look at this image please.

As you can see its not that big the change for turns 11, 12 and 13 but hard part is reconstructing the .dat from turn 13 onwards.
I will start on it in 10 days time.

Kind regards
Jorge. (Y)

As Gildoorf implied it is probably better to wait until the actual race to see the detail of the changes rather than rush it based on an illustration, which does not have a high level of detail.

I seriously doubt their will be any better form to base on it.
Ofcourse you will have a better idea how the kerbs will look like in the weekend of the event
but the changes of the layout is really the ilustration as showed.

Jorge, in this case I´ll follow Ed.

Singaporegp.com used to be more accurate with their media releases.

So let us wait for racing days...

Yes Gildoorf. Besides i said i would start in 10 days. If nothing new then i can wait a bit more and
practice in the mean time a bit following 3d for .dat building. (Y)

I have not been doing track editing for 11 years.
I suggest you read better my forum signature.

I started track editing around the middle 0f 2008 due to a user of this forum
that made my stay extremely complicated (take it 100% literally) because i was into CSM mods making.
I had to switch from making CSM mods to track editing because of the constant problems he created for me
of authors withdrawing permissions that were already given of works that i included in the mods.

Same person did other nasty things like editing Gp4 wikepedia page saying im a theif etc etc.

If your interested to know who is that forum member send me a PM.
