It is possible to produce a GP4 carshape in a 3d printer?

Don't see why not.

GP4 Builder can export to .3DS, which can be imported into most modelling programs.

From there, it shouldn't be an issue to get the model into whatever format the printer needs.

Most probably won't work. AFAIK 3D Models for printing require ONE solid mesh, without floating objects, unwelded vertices, etc ... So for example, the front wing and the nose strutts should be joined together and be physically welded as a join, and that's not how game models are built.

Good point to bring up; Once you've got the model in whichever software you need, make sure that it is one mesh and that there aren't any floating parts.
