Very nice looking cars. Congratulations for your job.

But I'm having a little problem. Can someone help me?

I installed Sauber in my cars.wad (just copied and past files using wadupdater) and the external painting of the car looks perfect, but on the cockpit internal view (driver standard view) the car color hasn't changed, it still the old color (grey - Sauber's 2014 car, instead of blue).

What do I do to solve this?

The cars shapes and internal cockpit shapes are different files: car_carname_carx_lod_x. gp4 for the cars (all external views) and car_cockpit_0x.gp4 for internal cockpits (internal cockpit view)
Each carshape is assigned with their own textures.
For the cockpit view, the cockpit shape is assigned with cp_teamname.tex textures (Example into your wad: cp_ferrari.tex). If the texture of the cockpit is old, this is because you are using old cockpit textures for your cp_teamname.tex file

You have to modify your cp_teamname.tex files.

We have released F1 2015 carshapes and textures but not cockpit textures. I don't know if some 2015 cockpit files have been released, yet.
So, the solution is to create F1 2015 cockpit textures and to replace the old cp_teamname.tex by new ones.

I'm using Win 7, GP4 fresh install, official patch 9.6 and GP4.exe 1.02 (xp sp3 compability mode).

@Excalibur: the McLaren needs to be lowered by 0.04. Currently the tyres are centered when Y=-0.1900, they need to be at -0.2300 to have contact with the tarmac though.

@Kedy: The height of the car is correct regarding the tarmac. These are some parts of th suspensions and the brakes which need to be lowered.

No because we don't use all the same files (cockpit, tyres, helmets, steering wheels etc...) and that some of these files interact with others files and folders of the game from your main GP4 folder. So, it is possible but not recommended.
So, better is to make your own cars.wad file manually or to wait for a complete CSM mod ready.

Use wadupdater to extract your cars.wad folders. Put the cars files into your cars/cars folder (delete the unuseful gp4 cars files and textures related)
And then, recompile your wad with wadupdater again to save it into your main GP4 folder.

Then, you will have to set your positions for tyres/ helmets/ Steering wheel with Teameditor and/or GP4tweaker.

I prefer to recommend you this method...
