GP4 2014 F1 Driver Numbers Panel For Digital 2010 Template

Anyone have a template to make the driver numbers as used during 2014? The numbers I'm referring to are shown next to the driver's name when it appears onscreen during sessions, and also in the results at the end of the race.
I think it isn't possible to have it on the left side, but it is possible to have the number next to the flag. I think you know how to install the flags, just increase canvas size to the left and add the number in there

It's no big deal if it goes on the right side. I just need a template of some sort to be able to make them. I also plan to use them in official results tables as well as ingame, which is the main reason for wanting a template.
