I just renamed the .wad to imola2001.wad and then repacked it into a new .tuh file

TSM makes it possible to rename the .wad file but GP4 really doesn't like it. So it's best to always keep the .wad with one of the original 17 2001 names. You can rename everything else like the .dat and .gpi without the problems, but not the .wad.
