GPG Nations Cup S4 R17 - European GP [RACE ONLINE! | S5 carshape & tyre suppliers announced]

Posted by GPG_Nations_Cup
Ok, now I feel really silly. Let's just leave the numbers stuff till end of season and focus on the racing. The off-season is usually the best time to look into new rules and other things as well, so we'll leave it till then.

Wow.....
This number discussion is comedy gold!!

I actually just thought up this idea : GPGSL has standard numbers awarded to the teams, with no discussion - it is straight forward and simple. GPGNC could do similar, and say whatever position "your nation" finishes in the standings from 1-22, that is your number next season. Any new nations start with number 23 onwards....
Regardless, hardly a big deal is it - the number is just a small decal/logo on each car, hardly worth the huge discussion or confusion.

(Y)

I can wait for the track. I've never seen Posadas, so have no idea what to expect for the race.

Informing you right now about this:

One stoppers still happened in accelerated test runs. Don't know why, gap between pit windows is big enough, they just had more fuel from the start on. I'd suggest to change the rules to one stop races for next season to prevent this.
AI errors have been reduced to 6, but there were still a couple of cars running off in the final turns. But the retirements due to crashing out have been reduced from +10 to ~4.

@Greg: you'll get a link once mediafire is up again.

Sweet. About the pitstop change from 2 stops to 1 stop, won't that also mean a change in race distance?

Not unless everyone would want shorter races

Any chance of a shot of the layout of this track? Got absolutely ZERO idea of what this track design looks like!

11th. Pretty decent result. Not sure what to expect now in the race, so all we can hope for is for Cheng to head on up through the field.

Race has been run, and we have a winner. As far as retirements go, only 1 retirement was seen. All will be revealed in the coverage as it is uploaded.

Wasn't too bad a quali for Antero, here's hoping in the race we can at least hold position
back row with full boost last race, mid pack with no boost this race, go figure
