GPG Nations Cup S4 R17 - European GP [RACE ONLINE! | S5 carshape & tyre suppliers announced]

Great to finish on points at the first race of the season
Good start to the season by Australia

Not a great race coverage though, missed a lot of important events during the race, we moved from 18th to 6th and was mentioned twice for the whole race

Bad driver that Briere guy ;)
Wow....could've been a midfield finish, but I guess if you're going to go out, best do it in style. One failure is for losers (^_~) hahaha... fingers crossed for better luck in the coming rounds

Anything yet regarding Germany's time penalty? I can't post the official standings until after that is sorted out.

Well that wasn't really a good race, I tried my best to climb back up but there just wasn't enough time and laps to salvage anything, let's try again in the next race!

I do not agree with the argumentation about the lap time. In my opinion this was max half a second, there were more teams with a boost allocation that was pretty alike to those two teams. I do agree however that you would have been faster if not carrying so much fuel load.
I would say a penalty of (maximum) 10 seconds to be applied in this case.

If you are racing, keep on racing and get some points!

That'd be highly appreciated :)

Looked at the coverage again, seems to be accurate for the second half of the race. At the beginning though it appears to be close to 1s per lap. Would have liked to keep the win, but a 10s penalty seems to be appropriate in this case. Any more/other opinions on this?

I also think that the 10s penalty is appropriate in this case

Not a good start for us, but Brazil will be back for the next round with some upgrades in the car

10s penalty to be given to Germany? Seems reasonable. If it's settled, I should be good to go ahead with making the changes to the results so that they are official and get them posted.

Very unpleasant start of the season for Bulgaria, we were famous for our reliability and finishes streak, but now this has changed. A silly mistake by Nikolov, but nobody is perfect. Hard work and some luck will make the difference next race.
Not a good race for Italy, everything went wrong. Looking forward to the next GP

My GPGSL Career
I think Germany's time penalty should be exactly 23 seconds... so that NZ can sneak onto the podium ;)

More seriously, no issues from my end with 10s being the penalty. Great to be back on the track!

Team China

It seems that we are now the winners of the German GP. That's great news for the team indeed. Although, if we could've beaten Germany on the track it would be more rewarding as it would mean we had to work for it. But if Germany had taken their second stop, who knows what would've happened in the last laps. We'll take this victory, but hopefully the next one will be won on the track.

I'm not sure if I've mentioned this, but I have found a wiki for the GPG Nations Cup. Is there any chance the site can be updated so it is up to date?

This one? [gpg-nc.wikia.com]

I made this one but I'm not sure if I've the time to update it now, will take a look

Disappointed to have been beaten by two guys that used 400 less perf than we did :(

No word from Schfifty, I know the slot is meant to be available after 3 races in which he doesn't shows up, but he isn't replying any of the PM's, and hasn't showed up here since the announcement of his number

Any of you guys is able to make contact with him?

If he doesn't show up after the next race I'm leaning towards send his place in the season to South Africa
