Not so many boosts, hurts even more that I forgot to request it.. Need the boost to stay in the championship fight

Don't worry, the car is POWERED up! ;) Let's make a good result out of it :)

I am terrible at judging when to use boost...I used one at Donny out of sheer desperation for a result, when I could have hung on for another round. Arsebiscuits.

Will be interesting to see how I go with the boost, decided to hold off using one at Donington because of the rain forecast, so hopefully leaving it for Zandvoort pays off.

Here´s for a fantastic 1-2 for us!! =)
I was really surprised by the small amount of boost requests for Zandvoort. It usually attracts quite a few.

5 x WCC - S5, S6, S7, S8, S10 | 4 x WDC - S5 Nick van der Voort ; S6, S7, S8 Ed Greenhalgh | 2 x WTC - S6 Stuart Ingers; S8 Andrei Sevastian
Perfs look good, but I won't get overconfident now. It's in the track where the gambles pay off.

Stats: 139 Starts / 7 Wins / 9 Poles / 5 Fastest laps
Little boost at Zandvoort. Hmmmm. Did people forget that I am "NOT" in the race this time? You all know me: 2 time, back to back, defending race winner at Zandvoort..... But, I am trundling around in the test seat currently, so... someone else gets to write their name on the trophy this time....

AND.... for 1 extra bit of WOW about me/Zandvoort - my GPGNC alias won at Zandvoort earlier in the current season too - talk about domination at one track! (B)

GPGSL Test Debut - Hungary, Season 4. GPGSL Race Debut - Adelaide, Season 5.
Pff, you just knew that you wouldn't win here another time and to not destroy the myth, you did what you did so that you don't have to start in a race anymore ;)

Not a good team perf, yet we never really had a good one in this season

My GPGSL Career
Wow, very little boosts indeed. Not too bad for us actually

Zandvoort brings me great moments. Go, go go!

Hey guys,

This might sound like a dumb question but can someone direct me to car painting tutorial and how to view it on a shape.
It's been about 2 years since I've painted a car and I've forgotten how to do it.
I remember something about zaz tools but that's it.

Thanks, oh and if some one could tell me what the best program is to use to produce renders of a finished product that would be awesome

Thanks for any help in advance

Not sure how I can help out, but I assume you have the SMD ZG02 template?

Yes boss, let's go for the double at the beach circuit !

Gentlemen and women drivers, I'm going abroad for 4 weeks to Inverness and Drumnadrochit in Scotland for fly fishing in the Ness and looking for Nessie at Loch Ness. I will be back in Belgium for the Belgian Grand Prix 22-23-24 august at Spa-Francorchamps. Until then I hope that One Racing can win a race, maybe at Zandvoort... see you all later, cheerio

Toby already sent you this video tutorial how to paint the car. As for the best program to render it: That's not answered in a sentence. The best program results-wise is probably 3DS Max with Vray 1560 Euro/year normal license price). The most user-friendly program is, in my opinion, Cinema4D (833 Euro one-time price for the beginner's Prime version). The best freeware program is, without doubt, Blender. There is an open source Vray plugin in beta-testing at the moment. So, you see, it totally depends on your demands and most of all your budget ;-)

GPGSL : Team Owner of 'Maverick Track Performance' (MTP)
Haha... more chance of spotting Nessie than forking out that kind of dosh for some GP4 renders I'm going to guess!! ;) Having said that, I'm always amazed by the renders the crew here make - most of them are just simply stunning and it is always appreciated when people are kind enough to render cars and helmets for each other.

Looking forward to the race weekend, I've put myself down for a boost so I am hoping for a decent result and some more points.
