Since the perfs had already been posted a while back, those changes are supposed to take effect AFTER the Jerez race. The same goes for all perf penalties. Since Zsigmond announced his final retirement, however, we could swap him for Sebastian Nell rather easily if Demon wants that.

We will make all the changes after Jerez. It's much simplier that way.

Whoa, didn't expect such a final decision. Have to respect that though, so farewell, Zsigmond.
Atleast for the next few races this will put me into a race seat, so let's hope that I can impress some important people. This may be an important chance for me.

Track is looking good! Cant wait to get back in the action :-D

To bad our testdriver has a penalty, I wish we could be without penalties for the sake of the team! Most important is Ed and I are active in the series so keep our perf up.

DEMON RACING PRESS RELEASE

Demon Racing are greatly saddened by the sudden retirement of Zsigimond Somogyi. A great competitor, and proven talent, we as a team will miss him, and he will be a loss for the whole GPGSL.
We have however got Zsigimond to hang around for this upcoming race weekend at Jerez. This will be his final event. Then, Demon Racing will be promoting our current test driver Sebastian Nell into the vacant race seat. He will perform double duty, in both test and race sessions until we announce either a new test driver, or new race driver.

All current GPGSL drivers are under consideration to fill our vacant seat at Demon Racing, and we have had a few expressions of interest in the last 24hrs. Get your resumes in asap, as we would love to be able to make a decision and announcement by race time at Jerez, IF the contract negotiations are done in time.

I'm not sure what exactly the track managers at Jerez are doing but it looked funny when I was looking at the track in the last days. ;)

Looking good Ruben! ;)

I'll be honest when I saw that Demon advertisement for a new driver I briefly thought my chance had finally come... Then I remembered I already have a good race seat and am not a tester anymore. Don't worry Maikel I'm sticking around ;-)

For a moment there I though I needed to start kicking your ass! I finally have a driver set-up that is both fast in the car and doesn't need any changing due to inactivity!
Don't scare me again! ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)
