Mexico & Sochi Tracks

Hi, what are the most recent version of the Mexico Circuit?
Is available a playable version of the sochi circuit?

There is a Sochi track by KTC (http://www.grandprixgames.org/read.php?4,752651,page=9) and Mexico is in the trackpacks by plodekk (http://www.grandprixgames.org/read.php?4,929814,page=1)

Is there a standalone mexico circuit (not one in a track pack) that is playable.

I have one from jacaranti but when I try to use it, no track appears - cars drive around country side
the scenery is floating in the air.

I had to use the original wad files of sliverstone, nurburgring, magnycours, monaco (from backup copy GP4)
in order to stop CTD when laoding the track, but the track is undrivable.
