s1ct02.rar and other updates for Abu Dhabi By KTC, Tojepo, Tumyeto

I've been away from GP4 for a while and noticed some extra files to update the Yas Marina 2010/2011 track by KTC, Tojepo, Tumyeto.
Unfortunately, all links to the files I want are broken.
Does anyone know of active links other than the inactive sendspace ones?

The files I'm looking for are the updated '.col' file, the more realistic track cams, and the '.dat' file that provides a temporary fix for the pit tunnel problem.

Any help most appreciated.
