I can't find the pitcrews released for those seasons, can somebody help me? :)

I have the performance files from Gitanes but all teams have the same engine power.
Is there a generic performance file with different engine power values?

Well, first of all, teams don't give any data about engine power but, after the development freeze for engines, more or less all of the engines built for F1 should be at a similar power level.
According to some sources (call it rumors or inside information or anything you like) current F1 engines have approx. 750 hp. If you add the influence of KERS of about 80 hp you become the engine power used in my performance files. This is a convention based on lack of accurate data, but since this is a number very similar to the original GP4 engine, it should cope well with the whole package.
Anyway, more important is that the engine power in the performance files and the engine power of the physics file are a match!

I hear you, but in all other performance files I've used, including 2003, 2004, 2007 and 2008 sets from you, were each team has different power to simulate which team that has the best car.
When I tested the 2009 one, the Brawn could not overtake the slowest car (super aguri fantasy) cause they had the same engine power which equals same straight line speed.

That's why Im asking

There are many parameters that can influence that behavior.
For example, you could take a look at the "slipstream.ini" file. I have noticed, that the usual value of 50 is more suitable for tracks like Hungary or Monaco, where overtaking is nearly impossible.
For tracks like Spa or Montreal, a value of 70 is more accurate and produce a speed difference that aid overtaking.
The performance data of the quickest and the slowest car have usually a difference of 1000-1200 points, which result in a remarkable lap time difference and straight line speed. If you lower further either the performance value or the engine power of the slowest car you could easily end up with a car crawling on the track producing accidents (i really had that problem trying to calibrate the data at the first races of the 3 new teams)! It seams there is a limit to what GP4 can handle, but there is also limited knowledge of how exactly GP4 deals internally with all that figures.

yeah, but then I don't want Sebastien Bourdais to be able to get pole position in an dry qualifying session. That happened in the first qualifying session I drove. Button was 16th after driving 12 laps.
Well, I have to fix that a little myself and see what I can come up with

My 2013 perf file is set to 770 hp for Ferrari and Mercedes, 765 for Renault and 760 for Cosworth. These values are a rough estimate of the 750 hp that is "well known to everyone" with an average use of DRS over a complete lap (only twice a lap max in the DRS zones this year). I'm using my universal 2000-to-2013 physics file (which is made by Nicola Acciarri based on the 2005 season) though so some parts of the car behaviour is not perfectly realistic. But I think I can simulate lap times quite accurately. I've never tested my settings in a race though, so I can't tell how realistic they actually are.
