F1 Manager - 2006 Season - Season Finale! - Results PG38

Not the best way to end the season.

It would be a shame to discontinue this series, so seeing the news that this game can be saved really brings me joy.

I was waiting to see if anyone else came forward but as I've not heard anything thus far I'll get things rolling. Could I get a confirmation of everyone who wants to continue in the series, as well as anyone who's on the waiting list just to see where we stand for the next season. I'll send PM's out but it saves a bit of effort if I can get the confirmations here.

Tobi in regards to the mod it would be great if you would be happy to continue work on it. No obligations of course, anything you can do would be a great help!

I believe the team budgets and available driver list on the first page are up to date. For now I see no harm in managers who are still missing drivers bidding again, I can handle the negotiation side of things until we hear back from Jake. Just make sure to send bids to the F1 Manager account as normal

Renault is happy to continue into 2007, we are eagerly awaiting Schumacher's return to Benetton/Renault for the first time since 1995.

Thought I had made a post earlier, but it mustn't have gone through.

I'd love to continue into 2007. I really looked forward to this particular season with all the rule changes happening.

I just confirmed my (Red Bull) presence as well. I was pretty much occupied in the past days and actually thought this series would go dead. But it's good to see that it's not!

Sorry Dan, looks like you may have to start from the bottom! And that does of course depend on whether Pluis gets back to me.

On this topic I was looking at changing the rules slightly such that current participants have first choice of moving team should a slot open up, with the person on the waiting list then taking whichever team is left. However this could lead to a lot of shuffling around if loads of people decide they want to change team... Thoughts on this? I may be suggesting little tweaks to the rules as I look through so feel free to comment on anything!
