I'm far from a Vettel fan, but I'm bored of this now, and rapidly becoming frustrated. Vettel isn't using TC. It's not possible. It sounds nothing like traction control, it just sounds like what it's meant to be - cut cylinders to lower torque exiting a corner. All of the teams use it to varying degrees, and have done for at least 6 years now. Vettel is well known for aggressively using the throttle in the corners, fueling the blown diffuser, an area which Webber has never gotten his head around (the reason why Webber was relatively close to Vettel at Suzuka, where it's more natural to use throttle through the corners, than he was at Singapore).
