How do I increase the revs to 19000rpm, do I need a specific performace file?

you will have to change your physic file ;-) but be aware : if you put for exemple 18000RPM as max value, you will have 18000+ RPM ingame..... maybe even 18500.

and increasing revs does increase the fuel consumption ;-)

Sorry to be such a pain, but its been ages since I played GP4 and I know the game can be changed for the better - but can't remember how to do it. I really need to know which editor can help me change the engine rpm to higher limits. Thanks.

Its called GP4 physcis editor its in the download section under editor/utilities

But the cars didnt had 19000revs this season, a bit less.
